“A Pup Named Scooby-Doo Volume 3 And Volume 4” DVDs From Warner Home Video
(April 20, 2006 - Burbank, CA) – The youngest of viewers will be delighted by Scooby-Doo’s fun-filled high jinks when Warner Home Video releases "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo Volumes 3 and 4" on DVD July 18, 2006. Each volume will be sold separately and will retail at $14.97 SRP. Order due date is June 13, 2006.
Geared toward preschoolers, "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" follows the young adventures of everyone’s favorite pooch, Scooby-Doo, along with pint-sized versions of Shaggy, Velma, Daphne, and Fred as they solve mysteries and of course have plenty of fun!
Each volume will contain four 22-minute episodes from the series, which originally aired on ABC and are currently airing on Cartoon Network. The Volume 3 DVD includes "Scooby-Doo Dude," "Ghost Who’s Coming to Dinner," "The Story Stick," and "Robopup," while Volume 4 contains "Lights … Camera … Monster," "The Curse of the Collar," "The Return of Commander Cool," and "The Spirit of Rock ‘n’ Roll."
Warner Home Video is promoting the DVDs by offering a $5.00 mail-in consumer rebate with the purchase of any two "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" DVDs. In addition, an online media campaign will generate over 20 million impressions among moms of kids aged two to five.
