“Sublime” The Second Film In The Direct-To-DVD "Raw Feed" Series From Warner Home Video

(January 8, 2007 - Burbank, CA) — On March 13, 2007, Warner Home Video is proud to present “Sublime,” the second film in the successful “Raw Feed” direct-to-DVD series. Directed by Tony Krantz (Executive Producer of “24”) from a screenplay by Erik Jendresen (HBO’s “Band of Brothers”) and with cinematography by Dermott Downs (“CSI: New York, Miami”), “Sublime” is described as “a really great 'Twilight Zone'” (Peter Hammond, Maxim) and is a provocative modern-times horror-tale as well as a social and political allegory. This edgy, thought-provoking film explores upper-middle class unconsciousness and fear and the idea that in order to awaken from that state of ignorance, fears must become a reality. “Sublime” was recently selected for the 2007 Cinequest Film Festival in the “New Visions” category. The film festival features films of artistic, social or stylistic merit and will occur February 28 through March 11 in San Jose, Ca. Trapped in the increasingly bizarre and dangerous world of Mt. Abaddon Hospital, George tries to maintain his sanity while uncovering the truth behind the growing number of medical misdeeds happening within the institution's East Ward. As his own fears begin to manifest all around him, he learns that this is not a place where people come to get better... this is a hospital where people come to die.
