Erin O’Neil Named Vice President, Creative Advertising, Warner Independent Pictures

(October 13, 2003 – Burbank, CA) – Erin O’Neil has joined Warner Independent Pictures as the company’s Vice President of Creative Advertising. The announcement was made today by Laura Kim, Executive Vice President, Marketing and Publicity, and is effective October 20, 2003. O’Neil will report directly to Kim, and will assist her in developing and implementing marketing and creative advertising strategies for Warner Independent Pictures’ slate. O’Neil joins from her previous post as Director of Marketing at United Artists, where she was involved with marketing campaigns for such movie releases as “Pieces of April,” “Bowling For Columbine” and “Igby Goes Down.” Prior to that, she was Vice President, Publicity and Marketing, for Myriad Pictures, Inc., where she supervised the international campaigns for pictures including “The Good Girl” and “People I Know.” Earlier, as Vice President, Worldwide Theatrical Marketing for Trimark Pictures, O’Neil was involved with “Kama Sutra,” “Eve’s Bayou,” among numerous others. “Erin has a tremendous background in every aspect of the creative process,” said Kim. “I’m looking forward to having her on our team.”
