GOM TV Launches Original Digital Series “Sorority Forever” In Korea Via Deal With Warner Bros. International Television Distribution

(October 24, 2008 - Burbank, CA and Seoul, Korea) – Gretech Corporation’s GOM TV and Warner Bros. International Television Distribution (WBITD) today announced a distribution agreement which brings the new original digital series “Sorority Forever” – from director/producer McG (upcoming “Terminator Salvation” feature film, “The O.C.,” “Supernatural”) and Big Fantastic, producers of the hit Internet series “Prom Queen” – to viewers in Korea via GOM TV (www.gomtv.com). The announcement was made by In Sik Bae, President, Gretech Corp. Korea, and Jeffrey R. Schlesinger, President, Warner Bros. International Television. A 40-episode shortform series, “Sorority Forever” premiered October 16 on GOM TV, with one original episode (between 2–3 minutes in length) scheduled to debut every weekday thereafter for the next 40 weekdays, through to the conclusion of the series. The launch of “Sorority Forever” in Korea continues WBITD’s global distribution strategy for shortform programming. WBITD has previously launched “Sorority Forever” on Bebo in the U.K. and MSN in Canada. “Sorority Forever” is an innovative mystery/drama which peeks behind the walls of one of the most intriguing secret societies in the world: the sorority. With a mystery around every corner, the series provides viewers with a sexy and immersive experience that is simultaneously realistic and voyeuristic.
