Kelly O’Connor Named Senior Vice President, Exhibitor Services For Warner Bros. Pictures Domestic Distribution
(March 23, 2004 – Burbank, CA) - Kelly O’Connor has been promoted to the post of Senior Vice President, Exhibitor Services for Warner Bros. Pictures Domestic Distribution. The announcement was made by Daniel R. Fellman, President, Domestic Distribution, Warner Bros. Pictures.
O’Connor, who has spent more than 15 years in distribution at Warner Bros. Pictures, develops strategies and oversees coordinating in-theater promotions between exhibitors and the studio. This includes overseeing placement of trailers and advertising materials for Warner Bros. Pictures and Warner Independent Pictures in theaters in the United States and Canada, as well as initiating marketing opportunities with exhibitors.

O’Connor joined Warner Bros. in 1988 in Distribution’s Encino, California, branch office as Promotional Materials Coordinator, Western Division, handling placement of trailers and one-sheets in movie theaters. In 1992, she moved to Warner Bros.’ Burbank headquarters as Assistant Manager, Exhibitor Services, and in 1995 she assumed the Manager’s title. A year later O’Connor was promoted to Director, Exhibitor Services, and in 1999 she was named Vice President, Exhibitor Services.
She began her career at Mann Theaters in the advertising department after attending Colorado State University.
